I have been a lawyer and I believe in seeing evidence. I have been on a regime of 12 pills a day and thought that was the way it would continue to be for me.

When I met O my MS was playing up big time! I had long fatigue and loss of strength.I was not keeping true to my diet as well...Bad I know. `O` convinced me to try her methods and coaching. She put me on a different track and that helped a lot! 

Working good for me...so I put my elderly mother on her as well. She is 86 Years old. She has helped my mum with her condition too! Now beware that `O` can be as sweet as Thai sugar cane BUT a giant pain in the butt if you don’t stay true to her routine! Yes Bossy and Demanding! It shows how much she cares! . I have improved all round due to her help and support.

I have suffered from insulin-resistant diabetes since 2002. This also created insomnia and depression for me. 

I could see no way out - it was like a dark tunnel with no end. 

And the number of medications I had to take, along with the insulin injections was overwhelming. 

After 6 months of working with O, I have got my health back. and have more energy. I am now on the minimum insulin levels and have resumed my job.

I was introduced to O by my good friend. At the time my health was at the rock bottom I hardly left the house as I had no energy and no will. My condition from birth with Myotopic Dystrophy made my condition worse. 

I couldn’t talk without puffing I couldn’t even hold a 5 kgs ball longer than 5 counts. I had stiffness wth my muscles and couldn’t sleep well. A short walk from one side of the room to the others was a struggle. Every parts of the body seemed so weak. I also developed diabetes.
