I spend a lot of time outside, do I still need Vitamin D?

You can get Vitamin D from the sun but with the sunblock you may not be able to get all you need , you could get vitamin D through food ie fatty fish , milk , yogurt, orange juice or breakfast cereal.

It helps to fight disease, strengthen your bones , muscles and oral health , reduce depression and anxiety, boost weight loss, support the immune system and flight inflammation, can help prevent Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, can treat hypertension, reduce the risk of some cancer.
If you don't get enough from food or sunlight The daily dose of 1000-2000IU of D3 is recommended.
Look for a certified pharmaceutical grade to make sure you're not wasting your money.
